Lowry Building Company can design and build the shell, or build the shell of a design that has already been completed by an architect or designer. Prefabrication occurs offsite and panels are ready to ship once the foundation is in. Once installed, the building is closed in and weather tight, ready for interior rough-in and exterior roofing and siding.
